PACKAGE INCLUSIONS:

• Unlimited face to face meetings throughout the planning process.

• Unlimited email and phone contact throughout the process.

• Assisting with establishing a budget and ongoing payment updates throughout the process.

• Helping select a venue with attendance at site visits for your top contenders.

• Help to select vendors required and lock them in – I have a comprehensive list of vendors I have worked with before that can make your dreams a reality! I will do the leg work and provide a detailed list of how each vendor fits what you are after so you can get all the information and make an informed decision.

• Handling all vendor correspondence and ensuring all vendors are aware that I will be their point of contact on the day. I can help you skip an extra trip down south by acting on your behalf at meetings with your selected vendors and then providing a detailed account to assist with your decisions.

• Development and distribution of the full wedding day schedule & floor plan for all venues in the event.

• Pre-wedding rehearsal – up to 1.5hrs (If applicable and subject to availability) (travel rates apply).

• Supervision of your ceremony & reception setup (potentially starting before the wedding day depending on venue).

• Directing the ceremony processional.

• Management and on day coordination of the wedding for 10 -12 hours (this is flexible – I will stay until I am happy everything is progressing as per our discussions).

• Additional hours can be added if assistance is required for pack down post wedding (must be discussed in advance – POA).

• Travel & accommodation costs (if required) are in addition to package prices and dependent on chose n venue.

INVESTMENT: packages start from $4500, excluding travel, accommodation & staff if required (25% deposit to secure services).
