PACKAGE INCLUSIONS:
• Up to three personal planning consultations in person or phone call (at least one as an on-site venue visit).
• The first is to go through all plans and ideas you have for your wedding day, to collect as much information we can about your big day including.
• Wedding theming/style, vendor selection & planning status.
• The second & third are to create the run sheet and go through every detail of the day, re confirm all suppliers and make amendments as needed.
• Preferably one of these will be on site for a full-on site tour and discussion of logistics.
• Additional site visit can be arranged (POA) if there are a lot of “moving parts” to the event.
• Liaising with the venue and any pre-existing vendor bookings to complete the final details and paperwork so everything is settled for you.
• Help to select remaining vendors required – I have a comprehensive list of vendors I have worked with before that can make your dreams a reality.
• Liaising with all suppliers four weeks out of the wedding so you have time to relax, ensuring all suppliers understand what is expected of them on the day and they have signed all appropriate Terms & Conditions that the venue has in place.
• Touching base with all vendors so they are comfortable liaising with me on the big day.
• Development and distribution of the full wedding day schedule & floor plan.
• Pre-wedding rehearsal – up to 1.5hrs (If applicable and subject to availability) (travel rates apply).
• Supervision of your ceremony & reception setup (potentially starting before the wedding day depending on venue).
• Directing the ceremony processional.
• Management and on day coordination of the wedding for 10 -12 hours (this is flexible – I will stay until I am happy everything is progressing as per our discussions).
• Additional hours can be added if assistance is required for pack down post wedding (must be discussed in advance – POA).
• Travel & accommodation costs (if required) are in addition to package prices and dependent on chosen venue.
• Unlimited phone and email contact – I’m there to help with all things wedding, so don’t hesitate to shout out.
INVESTMENT: packages start from $3000, excluding travel, accommodation & staff if required (25% deposit to secure services)

THE MID WAY PACKAGE is perfect for the couple who have got a little bit lost in the chaos of wedding planning and just need help to get it over the finish line!
This package tailored for a couple who want to be a little more “hands on” throughout the planning process but with a professional guide and planner by their side . Often clients will come to me and say, “We have picked a date and booked a venue and/or a few vendors but what now? ”. I will help you through the final “tying it all together” phase of the process to lock in all the essential vendors, finalise a floor plan, create the run sheet and be there to coordinate the special day.
